Flavour Profile
On the nose, there’s the richness of toffee mixed with sweet spice, vanilla, and raisins. As you take a sip, you’re immediately met with the sweet, tart taste of apple pie, with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a helping of custard. This is accompanied by beautiful sherry cask notes. On the finish, it’s a smooth blend of warmth, pear and oak that brings to mind soft, amber-tinged autumn evenings.

Dailuaine
Most of Dailuaine's barley is malted in-house, fed into ten wash backs and their six stills. Their water is drawn from the local Balliemullich Burn, producing a heavy and meaty unpeated spirit. Dailuaine Distillery will remain in the history books as the first ever distillery in Scotland to be fitted with a pagoda type roof.
Evie Grace
We’re celebrating the craftsmanship and care behind every single-cask whisky by commissioning an artist for every release. Artwork that’s as unique as the whisky – all of our releases will feature a piece of artwork designed with the liquid in mind. No two designs will be the same, much like the casks. For our Dailuaine 14 year old cask, we partnered with the amazingly talented, Evie Grace. Evie is a Scottish artist currently based in Bristol. Since she was old enough to pick up a pencil, Evie developed a deep passion for all things creative.
