How to Confirm Shipping

If you have reserved bottles from one of our maturing casks we will send an email to notify you to confirm your shipping. Below is a short guide on how to do that.

Steps to Confirm Shipping

First of all log into your account at Caskshare UK

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to our home page.

Next, head to our menu bar, on mobile, as shown, this is accessed via the three horizontal lines at the top-left of our website.

Once the menu is open, if you are a Collective Member you will see a menu item called MY COLLECTIVE. Please click here.

If you are not a Collective Member the same menu item will say MY ACCOUNT. Please click here. In this case, you go straight to the MY ACCOUNT area and can skip the step after this.

Now you are in the MY COLLECTIVE area, which is private to members of the Collective. Please click MY ACCOUNT to go through to your account.

Now you should see all of your Caskshare collection. Scroll down to view the Caskshare reservation(s) that are ready to ship. Click on "Confirm shipping".

Please note that if you are not a Collective member this button says "Pay Shipping".

Your Caskshare reservation bottle(s) have now been added to your shopping basket. You can go back and add more reservations that are ready to ship (by going back to MY COLLECTION).

Once all reservations that you want shipped are in your basket please scroll down and go through our standard checkout and select or enter the shipping address.

Don't worry, we already know that you have pre-paid for your Caskshare reservations and we will not charge you for anything other than shipping.
