Craigellachie Distillery sits in the heart of Speyside, perched on a rocky hill where the rivers Fiddich and Spey converge. It produces a distinctively robust Single Malt Scotch, famous for its traditional use of “worm tub” condensers which limit copper contact during cooling.
This old-school process creates a uniquely “meaty” and oily spirit, often characterized by heavy notes of sulphur and bonfire smoke balanced by sweet pineapple and tropical fruits.
